When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 2-5 days depending on the destination country. Check yours here.

How can I change the shipping address?
Orders placed are processed the same day at 12:00 (GMT+1) or the next business day, so you must contact us before that time at email@example.com to be able to modify the details. After this time, you will have to manage any data changes with the courier company.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
What is the returns policy?
We want you to love your bedding, that's why we design and produce it with great care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your order, from the date of purchase. After that time, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. How can I return my order?
PIn order to process a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them including their original packaging. The right to refund the amount will be subject to the status of the order. To complete the return process, we need you to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. More information can be found on the shipping and returns page.
Is it possible to return only part of the order?

How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified, so you will have to request a cancellation and place it again.

Where do you make nia bedding?
All our garments are made from start to finish in Guimarães, in the north of Portugal. In this UNESCO heritage jewel is our supplier, a family business with more than 70 years of experience in high-end home textiles.
Do you have certifications?
We have the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate, which verifies that there are no harmful substances in textiles or in the manufacture of products.
How should I wash my sheets?
In order for your bedding to maintain its quality for as long as possible, it is important that you take care of it properly. We advise you to follow our instructions on the garment care page.
How deep are the fitted sheets?
Our fitted sheets for double beds have a depth of 30 cm and elastic on the upper and lower sides for a perfect fit.
The baby ones are 15 cm deep.
How can I know what is the correct size for my products?
Check the size of your mattress, pillow and duvet cover and compare it to our size chart to make sure you buy the right size.
Are your products sold in stores?
In order to offer you a fair price for high-quality products, we only sell directly online. That way we avoid the extra costs generated by distributors, transport and stores.
¿How can I recycle my nia packaging?
Our packaging is 0 plastic, it contains paper and cardboard, so you can go to the nearest recycling container to deposit it, and cotton tapes that you can keep to give them a second life.
